Very unhappy with Brian Ducharme! All talk & $16 thousand up front to represent. 2/12 yrs into a DUI case that he assured he could win. So far, 4 court appearances & he sits there doing nothing. But for more money.....he will. You have taken our money & have not done more than gas money from Windsor to Sarnia. In my estimate equals about & appox $150 bucks. Very disappointed! How much more money do you need to suck out of us till we are totally broke? How about earning the money & representing properly in court!

I am lucky to be divorced. Unhelpful and unavailable. Seemed unable to respond to questions or make suggestions. One hires a lawyer for her expertise, but this one seemed to limit herself to filing papers.
I'm sure your husband is very lucky to be divorced from you...

She pads her bills and keeps your case in limbo to run up her bill. She always has a new assitant because they quit on her. She's dirty and has no knowledge about the law.

treats the law as a joke has been seen giving obscene gestures to his opponnents none to drink before court ignores clients needs makes a habit of being unavailable to clients, ex clients have had to forcebly demand their fikes from him after they have fired him condidered mentally ill and unstable within the laocal law community

Defense lyeawrs to report their customers. Most solo practitioners or partners with other lyeawrs a few small companies. There are secretaries, and others not. You pretty much have to deal with all kind of office staff to answer customer calls, if they are in court. Defense attorneys to spend more than anything else in court. Prosecutors to work for all ministries. Make get to see the local criminal justice and what they do. They are public and some law or another is always in a meeting. You can talk to lyeawrs while they wait for their cases to speak. If you say you are looking for a book, some of them are very happy to talk to you.

To cganhe your court hearing again, you'd have to have a good excuse .and you should try to cganhe it before the scheduled court date. If you show up without a lawyer and the judge will not continue the hearing again,you will be tried without a lawyer.

The best free avidce you are going to get here is go pay for some knowledgeable professional avidce. You really need to consult an attorney for avidce first. It will pay off in the long run particularly if the company is a corporation and you have guaranteed some of the corporate debts.

It was a bad experience for sure. We felt all time if it like this lawyer is against us and defending the other part. Our concurs were not taken seriously. we were very dissapointed

Alfred Herman is the worst real estate lawyer, slow, ignorant and arrogant. I'd give him -100% for knowledge if I could. He didn't listen to what I said but asked me again and again to do things his way. In the end, he cost me for double what I paid for last time I bought house of similar price. I didn't find his secretaries rude.

extremely rude and unhelpful. treats everyone except judge and cops like trash. this man didn't defend me in court but basically basically said yes to everything cops said (totally untrue). if I hired a cop as a lawyer, I'd be better off. secretaries a bit rude but okay.
